PB+J Oatmeal Smoothie

When you have little time to make breakfast, turn to this PB+J oatmeal smoothie to keep you satiated until lunch.
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¼ cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup nondairy yogurt
  • ½ cup nut milk
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • sweetener, to taste (see the post for recommendations)
  • 2 tbsp favorite jam
  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients, except the jam. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon the jam into the bottom of a glass and top with the smoothie. Serve.
