A refreshing mini smoothie bowl topped with berries, granola and shredded coconut has me wishing for more warm weather. Fortunately, these bowls are quite versatile and can be changed to highlight seasonal flavors. Just blend your favorite frozen fruits with a scoop of yogurt and then top it. Might I suggest toppings to be a mix of textures and include crunch? That’s why I typically choose granola and coconut.
