I can’t believe it’s already March. The beginning of the year has been a whirlwind of excitement for me and the reason why I’ve been a bit absent from my blog. But I’m finally back and excited to announce that I’ve been styling food for P.F. Chang’s China Bistro! Yep, you heard right…or I suppose, read right.
Alongside a fabulous team of chefs, photographers, videographers and more, I’ve been busy in the kitchen and studio arranging camera-ready dishes. Among the first to share are the restaurant’s latest release of small plates and sushi, which will be available nationwide today.
Make sure to head into your nearest P.F. Chang’s to see my work inserted into their menus as well as to try the following new dishes. I know I’ll be there having dinner tonight.
