World Market carries ebelskiver mix, which I love. These Danish pancakes require a special pan to make perfectly round pillows. The best part about ebelskivers is that it can be prepared sweet or savory and they can be filled if you’d like.

The simplest way to make ebelskivers is to prepare them plain. Once done, pile them onto a platter, tumble your favorite berries over top and dust lightly with powdered sugar. You can also serve these alongside some maple syrup.
