What to do with leftovers? Eat them of course! I love leftovers, they always make the best meals and if you just so happen to have bread, sandwiches are simple enough to make. With all the #bake365 recipes so far in 2012, there was plenty of food in my refrigerator just waiting to be consumed. Luckily, I had all the necessities for creating two yummy sandwiches for the hubby and me to enjoy for lunch. Rosemary Garlic Bread and shaved Standing Rib Roast topped with gruyere cheese and toasted in the oven – yum! Our sandwiches were accompanied by a side of crispy Onion Rings and ketchup. A filling and delicious meal indeed.
