Marinated Feta

Drown your feta with the best extra virgin olive oil you can find, and don't forget to include herbs and spices to transform it from plain to gourmet.
Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) block of feta, diced into ½” cubes
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1-2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • fresh lemon peel
  • extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a pint-sized jar, add all the ingredients. Fill the jar with enough extra virgin olive oil to cover the feta and other ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
