To me, a party is not a party without cheese (and maybe some wine). While a massive cheese spread is wonderful, occasionally all that’s needed is a flavorful cheese ball with a bowl of endless crackers.
This Asian-inspired cheese ball will certainly satisfy your need and craving for the big game. I got my inspiration from sushi rolls actually. Pretty clever, I know. It combines the vibrant flavors of ginger and wasabi with the tanginess of goat and cream cheese. Depending on the amount of soy sauce flavor you prefer, it can easily be altered from a couple teaspoons to tablespoons. Either way, it all tastes great rolled in a bed of green onions, nori and roasted sesame seeds.
