It’s certainly the time of year for celebrating the holiday season with delicious foods. One of my fave activities is an old fashion cookie exchange. First off, I get to make something delicious for others to eat, and secondly, I love devouring an abundance of treats packed with different flavors and spices. It’s the best part of a cookie exchange, right? Having a wide range of desserts to snack on without baking every single one yourself? That sounds wonderful to me.
To get you in the baking mood, let’s start with something easy. These peanut butter banana cookies should do the trick. They have a wonderful saltiness that balances the sweetness of the banana and brown sugar. Plus, a little bit of cinnamon adds warmth to these petite bites.
If you want to make these cookies for yourself, head over here to find the recipe. Enjoy!
