Block parties can be a bit warm, but staying refreshed is super easy with the Zoku Fish Pop Mold from World Market. Pair it with some Pomegranate Italian Soda, raspberries and blueberries to create Pomegranate Berry Popsicles and you’re all set. Just make sure you prepare these icy cold treats at least one day ahead of time, so they can freeze overnight.
Also, this recipe may leave you with some reserved juices. Save it in the refrigerator, so you can make more later.
Pomegranate Berry Popsicles
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup World Market Pomegranate Italian Soda
- 3 oz fresh raspberries
- 3 oz fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Blend the World Market Pomegranate Italian Soda, raspberries and blueberries on high in a blender.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve.
- Pour the berry liquid into each section of the Zoku Fish Pop Mold and place the pop sticks in. Transfer to a freezer to set overnight; then serve.
