It’s been weeks since I’ve posted a new recipe, let alone posted anything. I promise there’s a good reason, which I’ll be able to share with you come March 11. I eagerly await this day to spill the beans. But for now, I leave you with a delightful recipe I adapted from Rasa Malyasia for her site. It’s another adobo recipe, but this time we’re using nice and juicy chicken thighs as the star.
