Oy! Where did the week go? As soon as I think I’m all caught up, my list seems to grow exponentially larger. I suppose that’s a good thing considering I only work on things most important to me. I learned a long time ago that pushing aside all the little unimportant things, even though they are mindlessly fun at times, opens up more doors to achieve my goals. However, I still find opportunities to peruse the internet for more goodies, like today’s mix of Friday Obsessions. My favorite of the week: Shakshuka. Thanks daytime job; if it wasn’t for the writing assignment about Israeli fare, I would’ve totally missed adding this to my list to prepare. Consider my tomatoes purchased!
