I’ll admit, one of the hardest things for me when making a fondant-covered cake is wrapping the cake smoothly. Those darn ends always get me, so I’ve learned a technique to cover up all the not-so-pretty areas. Pleats! And just so you know, if you’re trying to save money on your wedding or a cake in general, this is a great make-at-home dessert. Everyone will totally think a professional cake artist made it. Feel free to let them know you’re just that good. *wink*
