So it seems there are many versions of what people think will be the food trends for 2013. Of course, we all know it’s really a waiting game to see if it all comes true. But here’s the scoop of what I hear may be making its debut as the “It” food thing of 2013.

Vegetable Plates
Exercising to Eat
Fish Sauce
Asian Infusion
Duck Eggs
Food Documentaries
Korean Chile Paste Gochujang
If I were to add my own trend, I would include cooking with less which involves purchasing higher quality ingredients that taste great with little extras.
