Well it’s official, we will not be having a brussels sprout shortage in our home. To my surprise, all six plants we have in our garden are lively and growing like crazy. Exciting and a bit scary mostly because we love these cute little veggies, but we didn’t realize the size they grow to. Goodness do they grow big. I guess we should feel lucky that we will have an abundance to eat and share. Oh and plenty to cook.
