Instead of posting the typical patriotic photo, I thought it would be fun to share an image of red, white and blue edibles and sure enough, I found this one of potatoes!

Who knew there were so many types of patriotic-colored potatoes?! Apparently I’ve only had four of them; I better get a move on trying the others.
Anyways, I want to wish you all a safe and happy July 4th, and to our service men and women past and present, thank you for preserving our freedom!
