I recently discovered a blog called The Forest Feast and I LOVE IT! It has some of the most wonderful food photographs and for some reason, this simple picture of carrots catches my eye. Erin Gleeson creates and captures easy and delicious recipes that have no frills…the goal is to highlight the food in all it’s organic yumminess and what a wonderful job she does.
