There are many sweet baking recipes that call for sour cream, but what if you don’t have any on hand? Using the the same amount of evaporated milk or Greek yogurt that is needed in sour cream will give you equally delicious treats. You can also remove one tablespoon of milk from every cup called for and replace it with one tablespoon (per cup of milk) of white vinegar or lemon juice.
