30 years ago Ben was born and today I want to wish my special hubby a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Ben has lived such a wonderful life and though many of us can say we’ve been through a lot to reach such a milestone birthday, Ben has tackled some truly difficult obstacles to be here today.
One of the things I am most proud of is Ben’s four years of service in the Army. Traveling to places like Korea and Iraq, his strength, courage and hard work as an infantryman has earned him many accolades, and to make sure he knows how important his service was, I made him a shadow box filled with all the awards, patches and military pieces that showcase his accomplishments. Serving in the military was such a large part of Ben’s life and while it may not be mentioned enough – thank you for helping to protect our freedom.
With many more years ahead of him, I am happy that I can be a part of every moment. Here’s to another 30 years and all the love in the world. *Virtual Cake* Make a wish!
