So cake decorating doesn’t have to be hard, and who ever said you had to go the route of over-the-top fondant? Some of my favorite cakes are actually ones made by moms with love. But to give you a little help, I found these ideas at Rachael Rag Magazine showcasing how you can dress up a plain frosted cake (homemade or store-bought) with everyday sweets and simple utensils. My favorite? I love the one that uses Teddy Grahams; it reminds me of s’mores and I can’t get over the idea of using those cute little bears on a cake.
