Well, I totally forgot to share with you my birthday dessert. Yes, my special day was forever ago, but it doesn’t mean I can’t show you how to make this yummy 5-minute chocolaty treat. It’s not much of a looker, but when topped with a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream and sprinkles, this fudgy brownie tastes just as good as the best brownie around. Since it’s only my husband, myself and our pups, this single serving dessert is perfect and keeps us from over indulging.
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp water
toppings (whatever you’d like)
Combine all the dry ingredients in mug or small microwaveable bowl. Then add the oil and water and stir until everything is mixed together. Microwave for approximately 1 minute; the brownie should be soft (not firm) in the middle. Remove the brownie from the microwave, add your toppings and enjoy!
