Grilled Cotija and Tomato Sandwich
Ingredients
- favorite bread, sliced
- mayo
- cotija cheese
- tomato, sliced
Directions
- Preheat your pan on medium heat.
- Toast the bread.
- While the bread is toasting, slice a piece or two of cotija and cook until crispy and golden brown on both sides. The inside will be deliciously soft.
- Assemble your sandwich: bread, mayo, cheese and tomato. No salt necessary, the cotija takes care of that.
- Enjoy!
