I didn’t forget…just slacking a bit. Here is the recipe I promised for the Pup Puffs.
Servings*: 24 mini muffins or 12 regular muffins
1 cup milk
2/3 cup oat flour
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease muffin pan (mini or regular).
Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. You can use a food processor or blender to speed up the process. Spoon the batter into the muffin pan filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake mini muffins in the oven for 15-20 minutes or regular muffins 25-30 minutes; the tops will be slightly golden brown when done.
Cool the treats completely before storing in an air tight container. Pup Puffs freeze well too, so no need to feed them all to your pups at once.
*Just a quick note that you may have enough batter for just a few extra muffins.
